MARY LOVE

mary-love Mary started her Real Estate career in 2004 when she realized that Realtors were often the main resource for homeowners. She combined her sustainability consultation skills with market knowledge and quickly became the go-to Realtor in the Asheville NC market. Nov. 2008 Mary became one of the first Realtors to receive the National Association Of Realtors® GREEN Designation.

Mary Love understands that consumers are demanding homes that make better use of energy, have healthy indoor air quality, use their water efficiency, and homes that are built with more environmentally friendly products. Ms. Love holds workshops hat educates and encourages homeowners and Realtors to become more sustainable. Important improvements can be done by sellers, and it is critical that these are marketed accordingly. Buyers can also make improvements once they are in their new home.

Love The Green Team works with a diverse clientele of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Leveraging more than two decades of experience as an environmental specialist, our team helps builders plan and build environmentally conscious developments and infield projects, markets eco communities, and works with environmentally savvy individuals to find the right homes for their needs. “I love what I do. I enjoy helping clients find a home that meets their unique needs,” says Mary, “and my work with United Real Estate Asheville and Love The Green Team enables me to share the benefits of sustainable building with my clients.”

Love The Green Team also works with a wide range of investors, seeking to rehab and turn properties, build rental income, or purchase second homes. “One of the things we offer our investor clients is “first-look” privileges at properties,” says Mary. “I’ve sold properties that have never reached the MLS database because of my relationships with sellers.”
